Lia LoChirco
Lia LoChirco is the co-founder and behind-the-scenes force of Futskills Academy. In 2013, after witnessing Coach Tati’s training through her own soccer players, she saw something rare — technical development delivered with passion, energy, and genuine connection. She believed this type of training should reach more players who love the game, and that development didn’t need to be intimidating or stressful — it could be rooted in technique, confidence, and joy.
While she never expected to become a co-founder, Lia naturally stepped into the role, building the structure behind the vision: marketing, social media, special programs, elite camp experiences, and parent communication. Her gift is seeing the details and creating an organized path from concept to execution.
Lia acts as the bridge between families and the academy, ensuring that players’ goals and parents’ expectations are aligned with the programs they invest in. If you call, email, or message Futskills — you’ll likely be speaking with her.
Soccer is the world’s most beautiful game, and Lia is fueled by the opportunity to help athletes fall in love with it even more.
